The EC-Servo Screwdriver with brushless EC-motor offer – together with the corresponding controller AST30-31 – a maximum flexibility and process reliability – even on a manual workstation.
The integrated sensor controlled torque- and angle measurement allows the exact control and regulation of the screw tightening process, as well as the documentation of important process parameters and guarantees the highest precision.
Consequently, several different tightening parameter can be realized with one assembly cycle.

NANOMAT
The screwdriver for extremely small torque values of 8 Nmm – 300 Nmm at speeds of 450 to 2,000 rpm.

Pneumatic srewdrivers with additional function control.
If an error occurs, the controller fc20 locks-out the connected screwdriver. The subsequent assembly process can only be started if the previous task was completed properly. The correct number of tightened screws per assembly can also be controlled.
